01. What documents should I provide you to rent a car ?
Driving license with a minimum of 2 years of seniority.
02. How can I pay ?
You can pay your rental in cash, local credit card or VISA/MASTERCARD and by transfer (to be done 3 days max before the rental).
03. Do you also deliver the vehicle?
Yes, we can deliver the vehicle free of charge within 10km of our agency located in town in Uturoa. Outside the 10km, the delivery of the vehicle will be charged.
04. Do you accept a second driver?
Yes, all you have to do is inform us so that we can have you fill out the additional drivers form.
05. Do you have Child seat to rent ?
Of course, you can ask one of our agents to inform you.
06. If I need to change or cancel my booking, how can I proceed?
To change your reservation, simply contact us by email. Also for the cancellation, an email of 48h minimum before the pickup of the vehicle.
07. What are my obligations when returning the vehicle?
The car is rented clean with full fuel and will have to be brought back in the same condition or cleaning and fuel will be charged.
